This wine is made from the indigenous Voskehat variety, which from ancient times were considered the queen of the Armenian white grapes, cultivated in mountainous valleys at an altitude of 1200 meters above the sea level in the Aghavnadzor (dove valley) vineyards of the Vayots Dzor region.

The wine is made in the traditional method (48 hour skin contact). In contrast to all the other white wines made by separating the grape juice from the pulp, this wine is left for two hours in contact with its skin, thus acquiring its deep color, harmonious texture and its strength. It has a light straw color and a golden shade. Its gentle aromas of alpine valley flowers are complemented with a fresh and harmonious taste of high but very pleasant acidity and an aftertaste of elegant and long-lasting flavors of bees wax.

It is produced in accordance with saignée (bleeding) technology applied for exquisite rose wine production – the wort is extracted immediately after the grapes release the juice beneath the weight with no application of any pressure. The color of the wine produced with saignée technology is brighter and deeper and its taste is thicker and more intense than in any other rose wine. This wine has an elegant pink color, a fresh aroma of field flowers, exquisite taste of strawberries, red currant, sour flavor of barberry intensified with raspberry shades and a long-lasting raspberry aftertaste blended with a cream flavor. The first sip rushes the feeling of fresh cold air of Alpine mountain meadows.

The multidimensional bouquet of this wine is dominated by shades of currents. It is produced from the indigenous Armenian Areni (85%) and Nrneni (15%) varieties cultivated in the terroirs of Vayots Dzor region.

The berry shades are distinguishable due to the grapes withered for 2 to 3 months, hanging in the barns of the vineyard. The wine features bright colors and an opulent bouquet that is the result of cold maceration of the half grape crop. After production and the secondary fermentation phase, it is aged for 6 months in new barrels made of one-century-old Armenian oak trees. This wine has a sparkling pomegranate color with scarlet flashes. It has an intensive aroma with dominating shades of red (cheery) and black (black current and blueberry) berries. The bouquet exposes flavors of sweet spices, hazelnut and peppermint.

This wine is produced from the four best varieties of the local red grapes – Areni, Haghtanak, Kakhet and Karmrahyut. It follows the ancient Armenian Kakhani methodology using three-month’s withered grapes.

After the fermentation process, the wine is aged for 6 months in new barrels made of a century-old Armenian oak-trees followed by another 18 months of aging in older barrels. The wine has an intensive purple color, harmonious aroma of distinguished shades of withered grapes and candied fruits, pleasant acidity of the aged oak-tree and leather, blackberry jam and prunes flavors pleasantly complemented with a vanilla-chocolate flavor.

It is distinguishable with its intensive and multilayered aroma of bright shades of prunes, brandied cherries, blackberry jam, wild flowers, roast coffee beans, vanilla and early almond. The perfectly structured wine has an excellent balance of acidity and sweetness. The long-lasting aftertaste is highlighted with a light taste of chocolate.
