The semi-sweet wine is produced in accordance with the unique technology of the Gevorkian Winery winemakers from the pomegranates cultivated in Meghri orchards in the heated sun of the most southern region of Armenia – Syunik!

The wine has transparent red and brown shades, an intensive aroma and a refreshing acidity of the pomegranate, a pleasant astringency of pomegranate kernels and the fruit skin, and a long-lasting pomegranate aftertaste with pleasant and gentle tannins.

Why Ancient?

Because the wine-making traditions in Armenia has at least 6,000 years of history. In 2011, filled with the remnants of wine, grape seed and wine sharpener were found in Armenia, in a cave near the village of Areni, which are more than 6000 years.
