This wine is very harmonious as is the architectural ensemble of the famous medieval Armenian Monasteries. The wine is produced in accordance with the tradition of Armenian monastery wines (brewed and aged for six months in clay karases) from Kangun (85%) and Muscat (15%) grape varieties cultivated in the Ararat valley terroirs.

The wine has a beautiful straw color with dazzling amber sparkles. Its crystal clear bouquet of pear and honey diluted with the sweet aroma of newly-mowed grass and wild flowers after a heavy rain is complemented with the green apple elegant acidity smoothly flowing into a long-lasting balanced aftertaste of honey and spicy flavors.

Its gentle velvet flavor is revealed in the combination of cherries and red currant accompanied with ripe blackberry, raspberry, prune and light spicy aromas and flower flavor. The long-lasting aftertaste is dominated by black currant, blackberry and cherry flavors. The wine is produced following the tradition of Armenian monastery wines (aged for six months in clay karases), from Areni , Haghtanak and Milagh grape varieties cultivated in the terroirs of the Ararat Valley and Vayots Dzor.
